CANCELLATION POLICY
* If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 50% of the service booked and reschedule. The deposit will be credited towards your rescheduled appointment. * If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the service booked. * If an appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, you will be charged a 50% deposit which will be credited towards the rescheduled appointment. * If you no show, you will be charged 100% of the service booked and will be blocked from booking with me again. * You MUST confirm your appointment. If the appointment is not confirmed within 48 hours of the appointment time, it is considered cancelled.
